Ben was the first person I talked to on the phone, then met the rest of the team in person. They were all very nice and welcoming and felt like they wanted to get to know me which I really liked.

The interview process was great! I really appreciated everything that the team did for me, it was awesome to get a tour of the facilities, shadow, and have two sales managers take the time to sit down and interview me. Everyone was super nice and it was very clear how serious team culture is taken at Arrive!

Process was good, good communication with recruiter, very flexible, recruiter(s) were very transparent about everything, and very welcoming into the process. I was able to feel fully comfortable and nothing was too much when visiting office or starting with a phone call interview.
