Interview
Applied through Arista website. One week after my application they send me a screening email and booked my interview on-site. They don't ask HR and behaviour questions. Interviewers don't know how "sell" Arista to an interviewee.

- Build a Set Collection and methods( add, contain, size) in Javascript (whiteboard implementation)
- What is print in this code (they provide a small code with timeout)
- Remove the spaces in a string (they provide a computer and you can't use split to do it)
