The first part of process was a phone interview with the hiring manager. Then we set up an in person interview in the office. I met with the sales manager. Then had another in person interview and met with the CEO/owner.
Very thorough. Not many companies spend the time on interviewees which is a positive sign. Be sure to ask many questions regarding their expectations and time frame for their expectations to come to fruition. Ask about their short and long term goals and how often their direction changed and how changed are handled.

Interview
I interviewed with 8 people over 2 days. From different departments than the one I was applying for at that time as well as the department where I would be working. They really did want to get to know me. It took more than 4 hours for me interview with everyone.
