Initially it was Phone interview followed by on site interview with technical questions mostly real time scenario based like page load ,debugging, caching , testing and deployments. What’s your approach on resolving a production defect?

The interview process consisted of an initial phone screener, then received an email to go schedule an interview, the interview questions were mostly behavioral questions and also there were some questions regarding resume and some technical questions.

Interview
30 minute phone call with HR, then a 90 minute on-site interview with 3 senior developers at the company. Small technical test at the beginning, then all behavioral questions from then on.
