I went through two interview rounds with this company. The process itself was fairly standard, with typical job-related questions that weren’t overly difficult. Unfortunately, after completing both rounds and following up twice, I was ghosted without any response. It’s disappointing and unprofessional to see this lack of communication from companies, especially in today’s hiring environment.

Interview
Scheduled a first round video interview a week in advance and it was cancelled about 3 hours before because they had already chosen someone else. If they were already in the final stages of choosing a candidate, not sure why they bothered setting up more first round interviews.
