I interviewed with GM and another person, whose function was not given, perhaps Finance. I did see just before my interview an employee with whom I had worked with 3 years previously (the place closed) who told me that the place was tough but that I would do well. This was someone whom I had been a reference for before so I did trust that person's judgement. There was no question I could perform the job however I did not specific budgetary experience.

Recruiter called after 2 days of me completing my application. Basic questions about job related work experience. Got an interview for the following week. Business professional attire. 1 hour open ended interview with GM and VP.
