I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Aramark
Interview
1 phone screen (Very easy, just ensuring what is on your resume is accurate.)
1 in-person interview (An hour, very easy and laid back. Bring resume and dress professional, though it is not needed once you are hired.)
1 call from current GM (Also easy just to introduce themselves and make sure you're a passionate person around customer service. I found out this is because it's all you'll be doing since the product is subpar and the price customers pay is too high.)
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
What did you do in your last position and how would it benefit you in this role?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Aramark (Portland, OR) in May 2021
Interview
TA Preliminary Screening / VPO Live Interview / Company Leadership Panel Interview / 1:1 Site Leadership Live Interviews then went back to VPO for offer process and negotiation. Initially did not accept offer but ultimately an agreement was met.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aramark (Fort Wayne, IN) in Mar 2018
Interview
3 very long interviews. Process was professional and interesting. I felt like they were open to answering questions honestly and without reservation. I would like to have asked more about their health benefits but I did not.
I applied online. I interviewed at Aramark (Toledo, OH) in May 2017
Interview
Had received an email to come in and do a face to face with the GM. Next day was emailed to come in and interview with VP of operations. Both interviewers were very laid back and basic questions.
