Brief. No structure. Bounced around between numerous managers for various unstructured questions. They then grouped up and decided whether or not to hire me. All in all very easy, but juvenile.

TA Preliminary Screening / VPO Live Interview / Company Leadership Panel Interview / 1:1 Site Leadership Live Interviews then went back to VPO for offer process and negotiation. Initially did not accept offer but ultimately an agreement was met.

3 very long interviews. Process was professional and interesting. I felt like they were open to answering questions honestly and without reservation. I would like to have asked more about their health benefits but I did not.

Had received an email to come in and do a face to face with the GM. Next day was emailed to come in and interview with VP of operations. Both interviewers were very laid back and basic questions.
