I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Aramark
Interview
I first found out about the program through my school's career fair. I applied online and then talked to them at the career fair. It was very high tech- they screenshotted my resume on an ipad and set up an interview with me there. Before the interview, I was invited to an info session for Aramark on campus. They explained the different lines of business and what it would be like to work in the program. I highly suggest you attend it- lets you get a person connection with the interviewers. During my interview on campus, I was interviewed by a woman that was at the info session. It was about 30 minutes and asked me mostly about my work history, relocation preferences, and a few behavioral questions. Make sure you ask alot of questions for the recruiters and be clear on where and what line of business you want to work. I then got an email a few days later saying I was invited back for the second round. They had it in philadelphia and hotel and travel were paid for. It was a half day experience: informational session, panel discussion, and then 2 15-30 minute interviews. My first was with two gentelmen of different lines of business. My second was a woman in the field I wanted most. I then received a few emails in the following two months saying it was a large task to sort through all 800 employees. I finally received an email saying a reiceved a position, but they hadnt decided where they would place me. I am still waiting on placement information.

Question 1
Name a time in which you had to have a difficult conversation with a co-worker
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aramark (Greenville, NC) in Feb 2017
Interview
I applied online and got an email to complete the virtual interview. Aramark happened to be on my campus the same week for a career fair so I attended the career fair in hopes of getting an on-campus interview instead of the virtual interview. I then was scheduled for an interview the next day. I was told after the interview that I recommended for the program. Its been about a week since I have heard from anyone but I am eagerly waiting for my eligibility email.

Question 1
Give us a 2 minute elevator pitch as to why you're the best fit for this program
I applied online. I interviewed at Aramark in Nov 2016
Interview
Overall, a lengthy process. Applied online. I received an email about a week later to schedule a 30 min phone screen with College Relations. The phone screen was pretty easy and more like a casual phone conversation - talked to my experience on my resume, what LOB I was looking at, why I picked my major, why I picked my school. Just let your personality shine through. Two weeks later, got an invite to complete a video interview. The questions were all behavioral and you could redo your answers twice. Once I was "accepted" to the program (about a month later), they sent an email on what LOB and geographic location you're looking for. Took about 2 months to get another call back with a match and offer.
