I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aramark (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2014
Interview
I originally learned about the A2L program at a college career fair. I had an interview the next day and was received an email the next week that I was being flown to Philadelphia, PA for the second round of interviews. The flight and hotel was paid for by ARAMARK. I left in the morning on a monday and had my interviews on Tuesday. I was back home by Tuesday evening. I had basically 2 interviews on Tuesday morning. Each had 2 or 3 people asking questions. The most important thing was that I was willing to relocate. I was asked to give 3 of my top choices for the different hubs of where I would want to relocate but was offered a location in Chicago (which was none of the three locations). Benefits and salary were non-negotiable but were pretty decent.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typical behavioral questions. Why do you want to be accepted into the A2L program?
First round phone screen, then virtual panel. I made it to the virtual panel round, but they have waited over a month to schedule the interview. Claimed that they were struggling to find times that worked on their side even though I offered large chunks of availability.

Question 1
What stands out to you about the culture of Aramark?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Aramark (Detroit, MI) in Jun 2019
Interview
I was contacted via email to set up a phone call with an HR Manager. The manager ended up calling 20 minutes past our scheduled time. I was a bit thrown off from the lack of promptness but the interview went well. The time frame for hiring is far too long to be efficient.
It was a video Interview, ask 5 questions and 2 minutes for each questions. one chance to re-answer the question. 30 seconds preparation time is give for each question
