Interview
This was for a year-long position designed for recent grads. I had one video interview in December and then a "preferences survey" in January, which asked about geographic preferences. The interview was very general and asked generic questions (about 6). It was a one-way video interview, so I had a couple minutes to record a response to the question. You could review your video and retry if you weren't satisfied. The whole thing took me maybe 40 minutes. I received a job offer in March with no further follow-up in between.
The interview lasted around 20 minutes and the woman who I was interviewed by was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The questions were relatively straight forward and she asked me about 5 or 6 questions and then described the program to me in detail.

Completed the video interview for the A2L Program. I was supposed to receive Aramark’s final decision regarding my status in the program within 4 weeks. I have not heard anything back and it has been 2 months .

I interviewed with their campus recruiting team after meeting with them at a job fair. The interview was very easy to set up and was very non-commital. The interview was held the day after job fair and then there was about a three month waiting period to find out if I was actually going to be offered a position in the program.
