I applied for the position in February and only heard back in April. I had an initial Talent Acquisition interview with the future manager - the Head of Talent, and the impression was very positive. The company seemed extremely promising, which is still my impression today.
As a second step, I completed a case study with the same interviewer. It involved preparing my vision for building the TA function for hard-to-fill positions. I found the assignment very interesting and genuinely enjoyed working on it. During the interview I received positive feedback and was convinced I did well.
The interviewer was very kind throughout the process and it felt like a genuine conversation instead of a Q&A session, although written communication was quite slow and responses were often delayed.
Unfortunately, in the end, I was ghosted and never received a final response or update.
