Interview
The hiring process is 3-steps. First you meet with the branch manager, if he/she likes you then you meet with the Regional Manager. If he/she likes you, then you interview with the Vice President. You might be asked to interview with the team that you will be working with as well. This can be a panel interview, but most likely one on one.

Question 1
The interview with the Vice President is long and challenging. Be prepared. It's a rapid fire, question and answer format, with questions that circle back around to previous questions.

Interview
My experience with the interview process was incredibly smooth and engaging. I had the opportunity to connect with a variety of managers and VPs, which gave me a well-rounded perspective on the company and the role. The process itself was well-structured, moving seamlessly from initial phone conversations to online team calls and finally, in-person meetings. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional, and they made the entire experience genuinely enjoyable.
The interview process was great because it was like having a really good conversation. In addition, it was also very informative and insightful. It allowed both parties to “interview” each other to gain a better understanding of the role being a good fit.
