Very quick process. Email from HR to set up interview. Initial interview was with hiring manager, second/final stage with hiring manager and CTO. First interview was remote and the second was requested to be face to face in London. There was a task to complete prior to the second interview. The company and people seemed good, the business is clearly run by people who know what they're doing and who they need in role, which was proven by the outcome of the interview. Cons: avoidance of the question regarding travel reimbursement (its not a requirement to reimburse I know, but it would have just been good if the question had been answered rather than not). There was also no constructive feedback offered in the outcome email.
