I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Appirio (San Mateo, CA) in Apr 2011
Interview
I was recruited to apply to Appirio by a college friend. I was given a phone screen, which was pretty straightforward, along with a technical exercise. Because my background is not in cloud computing nor object-oriented programming, I struggled a bit with the technical exercise but fortunately allocated enough time to get it done. I noticed, however, that the hiring staff never evaluated my technical exercise before making me the offer.
Once I submitted the technical exercise, I was invited to interview at Appirio headquarters onsite. I had a couple of interviews with consultants as well as with a senior executive, whom I was extremely impressed with. I got the impression that consultants work hard but have great relationships with their clients and enjoy what they do.
I was actually dismissed from the interview early because they told me that they'd gathered all the info that they needed about me, telling me that this was a good thing. I felt very good about the prospects upon leaving.
3 rounds - Technical , Managerial , HR . Held on a single day at a recruitment drive.
HR was helpful & Both Technical & Managers were supportive.
Whole process was smooth & open

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Appirio in Mar 2018
Interview
Phone interview where the interviewer from a 3rd party made multiple questions about my career, it lasted for around 30min. Introduced me to the role and asked if that would be something I would be interested on. From there, the interviewer told me he would pass my cv to the company for a second interview and no further feedback was given.
