They sent me a test to be completed online. I got an email back a day later saying that I passed the test but they wouldn't consider me as a candidate. Wasted my time even though they had never planned on considering me.
There wasn't an interview process. You just fill out an application and hope it actually works since you can't get hold of anyone if it doesn't. Had success before but not this time around.

Interview
You do not get to speak to someone you simply have to do assessments and and further tests to describe your personality. Also a lot of NDA's are required to be signed before you begin.
