Submitted CV online, got an email back the same day, set up telephone interview at first available slot. Telephone interview was very relaxed, talked about what the company did, the role in details, and was asked about some basic motivational questions, and other personality questions.
Was then told on the same day that I was to be invited for onsite interview, and it was confirmed and set up in 24 hours and I was also provided with interview guides on what to expect and prepare etc, and useful links ti find out more.
The onsite was 4 x 45min rounds split between competency and technical. The atmosphere was relaxed, everyone in the office were super friendly. The competency / motivational questions were as usual, the technical questions required some thinking but nothing too difficult, and the interviewers encouraged you to ask questions during the process to help you reach a good answer.
Everything was very transparent - I was explained why things were being asked, what was being measured, and how my performance was being graded. Two days after this I was given an offer and the feedback I was provided were also very encouraging.
All in all, a great experience. Really glad I found this and excited to start. I do believe that preparation will get you very far in companies like these, as they come prepared with detailed questions to quiz you with and so should you.
