It was a thorough interview process with a writing test where materials were given to write a factsheet on biosimilars. They really wanted to spot out prime candidates for the position. Overall it was a positive interview process.

Really great interview process. You get a sense of the company culture from the first interview with a recruiter to the final interview. Very professional and respectful. The work environment is based on the team.

What would you do if you saw that you might not meet a deadline?
Completed a writing test and two additional stages with two members of staff each time. Standard given the nature of the role. Overall experience appears daunting but was fine. I accepted the role and the company was flexible in terms of start date and prompt in sending related paperwork.
