I applied online. I interviewed at Apellis Pharmaceuticals
Interview
3 days after applying online, I was reached out by recruiter to schedule a quick call with them. 10 days after calling with the recruiter, I interviewed with hiring manager.
Easy going - should learn the basics of trial management and trial execution from study start-up to closeout and how timelines effect the study conduct overall, overall it is an easy interview so don't stress.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Apellis Pharmaceuticals in Apr 2025
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter after submitting my application and a few days later had an interview with the hiring manager. I then never heard anything back after sending a thank you follow-up email. After about a month I heard they used contactors for the position. I sent another email to the recruiter for any possible status updates to confirm I was very much still interested in the position, and that I also applied for another position. To this day I have not even been told I didn't get the job. I also only say the interview was difficult because it felt a bit rushed and I was only asked two questions. A lot of preparation went into this interview and opportunity, and it was very disappointing to sit in limbo for so long.
