Interviews: 1) Online interviewing software with 5 questions, 2) Business Case through Skype with one HR and one current GMBA, 3) Interview with 2 directors - one from business and one from the people team 4) "Panel" in the US office with multiple directors. Going into stage 4 now.

Final interview with panel of director and four other candidates.
Overall the process is smooth and people where friendly. The lenght of the process is confusing.

El último panel es muy divertido aunque también puede llegar a ser estresante. Te entrevistas con todo el board de directores y hacen preguntas aleatorias a personas al azar. Muchas de las preguntas buscan desestabilizar al entrevistado para ver que tanto carácter tiene.
