Firstly, I would like to express my disappointment with the initial greeting and introduction process. As someone who traveled from HCM City for this interview, it was disheartening to feel that the welcome was not as warm and professional as I had hoped. Clear communication and a welcoming atmosphere can greatly impact a candidate's perception of a company. During the interview itself, I also noticed that there were some challenges. It appeared that there was a lack of familiarity with the logistics industry, which led to questions that were not directly relevant to the role or my experience. This made it difficult for me to effectively showcase my skills and background. Additionally, I sensed an attitude that seemed dismissive or non-constructive at times. As an interviewee, I value a collaborative and respectful dialogue, which fosters a more productive exchange of ideas.
