The frist round is group discussion and nearly 40 members are shortlisted from game round to group discussion. The 40 members are further divides int 7 groups and from each group 1 to 2 members are selected for 2nd round. The total of 7 members are selected for second round . In second round they tested the core knowledge of student in depth.

aptitude round , which was basically games , maths. Than followed by Group Discussion and Interview. Aptitude round had math and some puzzle kind of games. Group discussion , asked us whether business related topic or abstract, we all agreed on abstract , our's was " Polarisation in Social Media "
