At first, I was approached by an outsourced team that was in charge of the hiring process. Then, still in contact with the outsourced team, the next phase covered the technical aspects of the position and after a week or so I talked to an Engineer from the company.

The panel in Tech1 was rushed and therefore arrogant. She acted like she knows everything and was better than me in every question I answered.
Whenever I asked her to repeat the question, she got very angry and was not interested in hearing my answer.
Before finishing a question, asks another question and says we are running out of time.
Very bad experience. So arrogant
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
I had two interviews. Both interviews entailed a combination of character and experience / skill questions via verbal conversations with managers only. Ability to discuss experience working with or developing Windows services and relational databases in large company environments is vital. Knowledge of the manufacturing industry including control systems was highly desirable.
