First step is Online applying. Next is cultural fit and onlin-assessment. After that there is AI video interview and if you pass this step, off-line interview starts.
First off-line interview is structured interview which consists of both Korean and English questions. Nest interview is IBC and now I'm on it.
Got selected but had a group discussion round, where the company person was not interested in listening. No one was selected from our group only because the company representative was not listening and was on her phone.
It consisted of Group Discussion round in which only girls had an edge. The next was another GD round followed by interview. The interview was asked on Supply Chain and some technical questions.
There is an aptitude test in which there are games, then there is gd round and then the is a group interview round. Gd and gi are in the same day. They don’t give a lot of time to prepare.
