Eight different rounds with different tests (interviews, analytical, problem solving, competency based, assessment center and panels). You don't have much time and should be ready to move to the next step at every point in time, highly competitive but good to find the right fit with the company.

Really pleasant process overall, final panel is the determinant stage for the job and this has nothing to do with all your effort for the previous rounds. An overall assessment would be better.
Mi trovo attualmente al terzo step. Il primo era un test per vedere se sono in linea con la cultura aziendale, il secondo era cognitivo, poi ho fatto una presentazione per un nuovo prodotto online.
