Many rounds. First round with company employee, second round case interview, third round in person at the brewery with senior management. Third round was a group panel interview where candidates sat with senior management and answered randomly thrown questions about themselves in front of the group. Not much rhyme or reason here, it was like an extended behavioral interview in front of peers.
