Applied online and received an immediate email response to continue by taking a short personality test. I completed the test and was again immediately emailed a congratulations and asked to take another, longer personality test. I completed this second test and was immediately emailed indicating I was no longer advancing in the application process.

None, I was rejected after a 10 question personality test. It's a timed test, questions have nothing to do with sales, beverage industry, management skills.

Lengthy and drawn out with long periods of no communication and with little room for negotiation on salary based on an extensive career in the alcoholic beverage industry. But a very changing experience

Online assessments, video interview, 2-3 phone interviews. Accepted over phone and email. Never met anyone in person until after I was hired. Took about 3 weeks total. The interview seemed very rushed. In hind sight, wish I would never have accepted.
