After the 1st round which lasted for 1 hour, interviewer still wanted a second round as he couldn't evaluate correctly. So interviewer requested for a second round again with the same person. No change at all in the attendee list. Asked the same questions and even reduced my billing rate after 1st round because he felt I am not fully qualified. Then declined after the 2nd round. Not sure what he was looking for. And reducing the billing rate and asking for a second round and then rejecting is not acceptable anywhere.
