Anderson Trucking Service interview questions

During my interview, the scheduled personnel from the team were not present, and the interviewers from other departments appeared disengaged. When I met with one of the managers, the conversation suggested the role might already be intended for an internal candidate (start off as a broker). Additionally, I did not receive any requested feedback after following up with HR regarding my interview. The entire process seemed like a formality.

The interview process had multiple rounds, With not much indication of forward momentum. It was not made clear what some of the support would be for writing one's own estimates would look like and how one could best achieve accurate results.
