Interview
All that have interviewed me are kind and patient. I am a fresh graduate looking for a job at this company and I am hoping to get one. The application process involves the exam, technical interview, final interview and then job offer. Technical interview is about basic electronics. So far, I have done 3 tech interview in a span of 6 months. HR will find you suitable team or department, if you are still qualified for an interview.
All-day onsite interviews with 5-6 team members. Some technical questions but mostly focused on past experiences and how I would approach various challenges that may arise on the job. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Lunch was provided at the cafeteria.

How would you go about navigating old and limited documentation to understand an old product that is aiming to be re-developed for a new customer?

Interview
5 Rounds, First round was generally to know about yourself and your interests. Next 4 rounds (1h each) technical interviews. They asked everything that is there in the resume. Semiconductor physics, college projects, problems.
I submit application online and then get an interview for 45 min two month later. The interviewer ask about research experience and also some questions about the project and tools.
