I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Analog Devices in Apr 2024
Interview
I applied online and it took 2 weeks to get initial response. I was given an OA to solve on codility platform. It had 3 questions, each having different weightage. The practice link that they share for codility is on leetcode style problem which is misleading because all 3 tasks are related to core frontend.
Questions were on redux state management, creating api using node.js and express.js and angular component creation based on requirement.
Codility is using some older version of express, so the tests for node.js question were failing and i wasted too much time on debugging the issue. The test is of 180 minutes and the choice of language js/ts is pre-selected for every question.
Overall it was fun but i couldn't complete the 3rd question which had highest weightage. I got automated rejection after 1 week.
