Overall confusing. Had multiple rounds. Even the panel was not sure what they are looking for. Company culture seems to be dead. Heard a lot of negative things about the company.

Interview
There were 2 rounds of 1 hour each with 2 different senior level members of Anakin. The last round (3rd one) was around compensation and culture fit. Round 1 questions were about my past experiences as a product and project manager. A good amount of focus was on my intent to join and the career I want to pursue vis a vis how Anakin and the role would evolve. Round 2 was also about my past experience bit more technical. It also revolved around metrics and how I improved them.
