Interview process contained a series of interviews with the hiring manager, two senior leaders, and two individual contributors (5 total). Along with a screening call with a recruiter. No panel interview was included - which I found odd for a client-facing role.
The recruiter was great, and always made sure you were prepared for what's to come.
Everyone else appeared unorganized, didn't ask thoughtful questions, and 1 person even cancelled an interview 30 minutes before it started.
None of the interviews were hard - but you can tell there's very little structure, and the leaders themselves were pretty unimpressive.
I received an offer, and declined. Org seems like junior varsity.
