Process took over three months beginning first with online application, phone interview, Zoom interview, Interview Assignment, Zoom interview with Team, final interview with Exec. I made it to the final round interview confident that I would receive an offer as I had already been through the negotiations process with HR (AIUSA really needs to work on providing a livable wage and live up to its values) requesting a minimum of $10,000 over the offer. After the final interview I heard nothing for three weeks. I expected to at least have an explanation of them going in a different direction (it's the professional thing to do), but no such luck. I put in 20+ hours of interview work and did free work on an involved assignment to simply hear nothing after making it through the entire process.
