Then they contacted and arranged for an interview date, because the interview is with persons from different countries, we had a Skype interview, I remember I was shortlisted and then hired after the interview,

There were multiple rounds with hiring manager, HR, and peer staff. Everyone was pleasant throughout the process. First was a phone screening followed by at least two to three in person rounds.

There were three stages to the interview process, including a written test and two rounds of panel interviews. The written test was emailed to me and I had a day to email back my answers. Panel interviews were standard.
