Interview
In my opinion the hiring process is too long, too much steps for the position and for the salary that they’re offering.
After passing the firs 3 steps: the phone interview, video interview and 1:1 . I was supposed to receive a last interview call and after that they would make a decision ( that is what they told me) but they never called me or send an email with an offer or at least saying thank you for apply but we decided for another candidate.
This makes me think than I’m super super glad that I’m not working for AMES because this is not professional at all. I feel that I wasted my time with this company but I’m also thankful because I least I practiced for my interviews and I got an offer for the job that I have right now!! So for me this wasn’t a lost at all

Interview
The interview process was well constructed and easy to understand. They were able to clearly identify what the job entailed and what they needed to have a successful candidate. All of my questions were answered clearly and how to the processes would continue.
