Interview
The recruiter I worked with was very engaging, transparent, and kept me updated with each step of the interview (and pre-employment) process. Fairly standard process of a phone screen followed by a hiring manager interview and a few key stakeholder interviews. Each person I met with was warm and open to sharing about their experiences at ATD and answering my questions along the way.

In addition to focused questions unique to the open role, I experienced fairly standard behavioral questions, "Tell me about a time when...you exceeded expectations, you had to initiate a difficult conversation, you had to say no" etc.
