Had one interview, questions were broad about fundraising and leadership experience. I didn't hear back for many months, and reached back out to HR then the area director asking for an update on the process, and then just declined in the system.
The interview process was not very transparent. I had an interview, was told I was moving on to the next round, and then never heard back. Not cool to ghost!
