Interview
Start off with a phone interview and then you interview with two colleagues and then interview with the director. Questions were basic and straight forward. There was an assessment after the phone interview but was easy and had plenty of time to finish it. HR was very communicative and kept me updated throughout the process

Interview
It was all remote, very straightforward, but the questions were a bit more difficult than at other companies. It’s important to them to have experience working with those who struggle with mental health disorders.
