American Process interview questions

Applied through LinkedIn application, discussed with recruiter, phone screen interview, followed by office interview. Was offered salary, bonus, and terms at end of interview. Told them I'd consider and would like a written offer to review - the following week I was called and told they were reconsidering the position.
