2 months after I applied for the job , I got call from the assitant of hiring manager to set up tech scree, After 1 week tech screen was done, it was ok not too difficult. As per HR i had strong candidacy ,I was the best of all applicant but accepted with much negotiation, I was in need of a job , After joining i realized i should have negotiated. So if you not desperate for job , negotiate..it works
