Only one interview after resume screen, no OA's or technical screens. Interview was 1 hour long with two AmEx employees that asked two behavioral and three basic/LC-easy coding questions. (Soundslike a lot, but the technical questions are not super challenging if you've been doing any practice) Interviewers were very friendly and casual, and were encouraging throughout. Background check and drug testing are required (drug test doesn't apply in CA and a few other states)
