Third-party recruiter contacted me, and asked to submit me. He did the footwork. I took a Spanish proficiency test, which was basically to weed out those that don't recognize subtle spelling and grammar (i.e. silent H). Then I had a phone interview with about 4 people from the team; one part was spoken in Spanish to test my Spanish. Then I was offered the position.
Whole interview process took about one month. But I've seen people provided by employee referral hired and onboard within a few days.
