I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Express (Kuala Lumpur) in Oct 2018
Interview
I apply on the website, and got an email to complete an assessment. The assessment was okay. There was a lot of questions. I suggest that those who wants to apply to be prepared and sit in a comfortable place as the test would take a while. It took me around 2 hours to finish. After that I got a call, during that call they ask me questions about my previous job and some questions on handling customers. After the call, there will be an English assessment test. The test require you to read text and answer accordingly without the text. Of course there were call simulation test as well, all these were done over the internet with an interviewer.
