The interview process was very simple and they discussed my background and were interested in my passions. They asked mainly behavioral questions and wanted to get a better understanding of my technical abilities. First I had a phone screen with a recruiter then met with one of the managers.

Describe how you would relay information to a new member of your team?
The process seems to be very easy and questions were easy to answer. There were three people in the interview team. It felt as if they are doing a quota interview during the interview and they simply declined to answer why I wasn’t hired after the interview whereas they were all satisfied during the interview. The recruiter ghosted me after the interview and later I came to know they hired someone internally who has no experience in the field at all.
