1) Interview with recruiter and 2) Interview with representative of management. This happened within two weeks. Then silence for about a month (even though attempts at contact were made from my side). Received an email about a month after the round of interviews stating that the job description hade changed and some organisational stuff happened, leading to an internal recruitment. It happens, but some info would have been nice. Plus for the (albeit late) response and "rejection" email, which was lengthy and well-grounded (and included personal feedback).
