From submitting the application on their website to receiving a call from HR with an offer, it took about two weeks.
Once you complete the application, you might get an email that invites you to take a cognitive and comprehension type of test. One test was about vocabulary and definitions, another was a test where you are given sentences where keys words are missing and you must determine the correct words of the sentence, and last test was a visual geometry type of test. You see a blocky shape and you must pick the option of the shape but looking from a different angle.
Once that’s over, you may get invited to an interview. My interview was with a director and a manager. The questions are straightforward and typical. They will tailor a few questions based off your experience and how that can help you if given the position. Interview lasted less than 20 minutes but can easily be a 30 minute interview for others. They are very friendly and kind when they conduct the interview.
After that, you do a quick background screening. If it’s cleared, you will get offered a deep dive background check and five references that must participate by submitting a response via link.
After everything clears, they’ll send an offer via email and a phone call
