I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2022
Interview
VIRTUAL INTERVIEW: Basically a zoom meeting with recruiters and applicants from all over the US, where each participant is asked random, different questions of a situational nature. They go in alphabetical order. (So if your name starts with A-B-C, then expect to go first.) Basically they are looking for friendly, smiling, confident, well presented, professional persons who have a good internet connection and know English fluently, don't say "um" or act nervous or uncomfortable. They use the S.T.A.R. method to rate everyone's answers... so it's pretty important to answer the actual question in that format (in 60 seconds or less); if you don't know what STAR is, then you probably don't have a chance. In 5-7 days, you will either be offered a F2F interview in DFW 👍 or a "thank you for applying but unfortunately... "👎
PS. If you have flight attendant experience, it doesn't seem advisable to mention it unless you are fantastic and not cocky... On my panel, 5 people said they were past or present FAs for other airlines and only 1 got to move on...
