Applied through indeed and contacted by a recruiter the next day. Did a phone interview with recruiter, then a zoom interview with two team leads, then a final interview with a team manager since VP was on PTO. All three interviews were fairly easy. I was greeted with friendliness and respect. The recruiter stayed in touch the entire process.
