Interview
Initial phone interview with one of the managers. Took about 30-45 min. Asked questions about my background, what I want in a company, typical interview questions. No stupid personality questions.
Then scheduled in person interview with direct manager that lasted over an hour. Company was great and was excited to possibly work for them. Office environment seemed very laid back. Work hard play hard sort of feel.
